Clinic visits are encouraged to be scheduled by appointment, however, walk-ins are accepted. Appointments are made during clinic hours:

9 am - 12 pm and 6 - 9 pm

DIRECTIONS TO THE DREAM CENTER CLINIC

From Downtown Charleston area: Take I-26 West, Exit I-526 North, towards Mt. Pleasant. Take the N. Rhett exit then turn left at the stop light. Go approximately 1/4 mile. Look for the Seacoast Church sign on your left. The clinic is located in the rear of the church.

From Summerville (north area): Take I-26 East, take I-526 North, towards Mt. Pleasant. Go approximately 1 mile and take the N. Rhett Ave. exit. At the stop light, turn left. Go approximately 1/4 mile and turn left at the Seacoast Church sign. The clinic is located in the rear of the church.
