Patient Eligibility

Eligible patients of the Dream Center Clinic should:

-	Be a resident of North Charleston/Hanahan area
-	Have a total household income below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level
-	Be Uninsured: Families who lack private or government funded medical insurance

The Clinic shall do all it can to provide adequate assistance to any patient seeking treatment who is ineligible.
